Welcome! With over two decades of experience in the UK education sector, I am a dedicated specialist focused on unlocking the potential of students who find mainstream environments challenging.
I began working with younger students who had been permanently excluded from school in 2009. This experience ignited a lifelong passion for supporting those who struggle in traditional settings. Since then, I have served as Deputy Head in two specialised schools—one of which I was instrumental in establishing—and have developed deep expertise in managing a wide range of Special Educational Needs (SEN).
The Mission
